PB Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup pumpkin
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 cup almond or skim milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
sprinkle of cinnamon

throw it all in the blender. voila.

yes, michelle. it is in a Mason jar. Mason jars work equally well for wine and smoothies.
