We're All Doing Much Better

I think I totally got my groove back.

This morning I completed my three miles at a decent pace without a hitch. Last week this time I was struggling to run a mile. Seems to me its a bit difficult to run with carbon monoxide poisoning. Thank the good lord that is over with.

Oh and when I weighed myself this morning that pesky stomach bug had brought me down to 141 lbs. So maybe all that heaving over the porcelain throne was worth it. Stomach bugs seem to only be good for one thing...flattening your belly fast.

Tomorrow I am supposed (unless it rains) to coach Cashman's soccer game since his coach is out of town for Spring Break. And then again on Saturday. Anyone know how long a quarter is in 3-5 year old soccer league? Maybe I should read up on the rules before I start blowing my whistle. Wait...I don't have a whistle. That could be a problem.

And also, anyone noticed a flare up in blog posts around here? Hmm? Hmm?
Yeah, I thought so.

  1. Seriously? You had carbon monoxide poisoning?

Glad to hear you are back on the mend!

  2. if it is anything like ours the ref is in charge of calling quarters...your job is rotating players, giving high-fives, and looking awesome out there, 141!!!!! way to go!!!

Now play nice and for every comment you leave, I'll buy you a pony.
